ePosters will take care of everything before during and after the event. An online platform is available for ePoster submission ahead of the event. All the monitors needed for the conference will be supplied, with the software installed and the ePosters uploaded and ready to use.

Customer and technical support is available at all times. All major editing software and mobile phone operating systems are compatible with the platform for when creating and later sharing posters during the congress. A member of the team will also be present during the event.

Before The Event

Using the online platform, posters can be submitted in seconds. Compatible with all major editing software.

All ePosters are readily available online and/or downloadable during the event via QR-code to any mobile phone. An ePoster rating system can also be enabled if required.

A dedicated website will be created for the event where all attendees will have access to all the conference ePosters. These can be searched by author, theme, session or affiliation.
